Chronic back pain can be debilitating, affecting every aspect of your life. At Moves You Physiotherapy, we offer Spinal Decompression therapy in Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam, providing a non-invasive solution for relieving persistent back pain, improving spinal function, and enhancing overall health.
Spinal Decompression Therapy is a proven, non-surgical treatment option designed to relieve pain and discomfort associated with chronic back conditions. This innovative therapy involves a series of controlled, gentle spinal stretches that alleviate pressure on your spinal discs, allowing bulging or herniated discs to retract. This facilitates an influx of nutrient-rich fluids, promoting natural healing within the spinal tissues.

Our process begins with a detailed assessment of your medical history, current symptoms, and physical condition. This information helps us create a bespoke Spinal Decompression treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and health objectives.
